To reposition Nike as a trusted brand for women, we collaborated with Nike Women’s to envision a digital ecosystem centered on a single question: What if Nike prioritized women first? Drawing inspiration from leading direct-to-consumer brands, we developed a reimagined strategy to reshape the Member funnel and unlock long-term growth. This vision sprint delivered a consistent, best-in-class experience designed to attract and retain a new audience, giving her a reason to engage and stay.

The ImpactOur work provided Nike with a visionary roadmap to evolve their digital presence for Gen Z, aligning with their values of self-expression and community. Through 40+ interviews and prototypes like Style Edit, Live Shopping Videos, and a Social Feed, we demonstrated the potential for immersive, non-linear experiences. The redesigned "For You" landing page offered a dynamic, personalized concept that excited the client and showcased future possibilities for deeper, more meaningful engagement with Gen Z audiences.
